Returns
We accept eligible return requests within 14 days after delivery. Email support@sizeshiftmarketplace.com with your order number before sending anything back.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Customers pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety, opened or used cosmetics, skincare, personal-care products, underwear, and final-sale items cannot be returned unless defective or required by law.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item, label, and packaging. Approved claims may receive a replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy.
Refunds and cancellations
Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Provider processing times vary. Contact us immediately to request cancellation; we cannot guarantee cancellation after processing begins.
This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights in your country.
